woooooooo! TODAY IS THE DAY OF PANCAKES! yes yes.
we had one of those courseworks days at school, which was quite useful, really... plus, we got to come home at 1.15! a yes yes. And after 1.15, i went to the high street, to the library to be exact... ordered in 'The Mighty Boosh' box set... that show cracks me up, ahh specially the one yesterday...with 'old gregg' oh deary deary me.
and after we went to the library, we suddenly realised it was Pancake day, so we went to Waitrose, got us some Maple Syrup and a few bits n peices (mainly to make up the £5, to get the ticket stamped to get out of the car park) and came home and mixed up some batter.... but the time was 5pm... and we were going to see walk the line at 5.40... had to pick up izz, and her grandma and my gran at 5.20.....
so the batter was mixed in record time and we were out the door and earlier than we ever have been ever.
and we went to see 'Walk the Line'. I swear, i have never loved a film so much. 'twas excellent! i really want to see it again! I think Reese withersoon spoiled it a little for me though, if June Carter-Cash was played by some unknown actress, it would have been much easier to get 'Legally Blonde' out of my head. you will not understand how good this film is until you see it, honestly
thats meant to look like Joaquin Phoenix...
In other news...
last friday i went to see 'Final Destination 3' that film is appauling! and so is UCI. seriously, they had taken the seats away and we had to sit on't floor! THE FLOOR! i paid good money for those 'seats'. ooh it made me angry. And the film...the film is... EXACTLY the same as final destinations 1&2. Although, slightly more gruesome, and it did leave me a bit paranoid. Especially after i hear celine dione everywhere i go... its no longer funny.
oh dear final destination. I'd say its one to miss!
On sunday, I went to see Mrs Henderson presents, at THURROCK cinema, that is a fabulous cinema. It was so clean and nice. and the film was great. and, Will Young can act!? seriously, he is a lucky man! if Simon Cowell was in a bad mood the day he auditioned *poot* he would have none of what he has today. but, seriously, that film was oh so funny, even me granny laughed, and thats when you know its a good'n.
This week i gotta do many many things, and then at the weekend i think we are going to take Granny to giraffe (she is missing Emma, and likes to keep busy) and then on sunday and monday i am staying at isabelle's while her granparents are on holiday. but the maths tutor is still coming. bad luck.
oh, i'm off to find Armageddon.... science project with bizara masood and i might get in trouble if i forget it.... or can't find it! oh no!!!!! I forgot of mice and men.
